I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet with great water pressure in the shower. It's only a short walk to both the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The staff were super accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. I'd definitely come back! 😊

i was almost going to write a great review, but i couldn’t. the aircon was broken for 3 nights, and the staff's helpfulness was only half-hearted. i expected a room change as compensation, but of course, that didn't happen. also, the bathroom's toilet would occasionally run endlessly, which is absolutely charming for a hotel. not.

The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Rome! The staff provided exceptional assistance and were genuinely welcoming. Although the hotel has a basic feel, the clean environment and proximity to major attractions made our stay enjoyable. For a private experience, ask for an upper-level room.
